❯What's the difference between GenAI and Agentic AI?
Generative AI produces content, such as text, code or images, in response to a prompt. Agentic AI puts that model in a loop with tools, memory and goals, so it can plan and take actions like querying systems, filing tickets or running workflows. My programmes cover both, with extra focus on the controls agents need because they act, not just answer.
❯How long is a corporate GenAI or Agentic AI workshop, and what will teams build?
Leadership sessions run half a day to a full day and end with a 90-day AI action plan. Engineering workshops run one to two days, and participants build a working, tool-using agent with guardrails and evaluation.
