Right now, my work centres on architecting Agentic AI frameworks that redefine human-machine collaboration and AI sovereignty. That means designing the infrastructure, orchestration layers, and security boundaries that let agentic intelligence operate at scale—autonomously where it should be, supervised where it must be, and always traceable. The common thread across everything I build now is privacy-by-design, Agentic SOC layers for trustworthy operations, and an open-source-first stack so the systems remain ours, not someone else's black box.

Most recently, I served as VP of Technology at Hoichoi (SVF Group)—one of Asia's leading OTT platforms and home to one of the world's largest Bengali content libraries. I was with the Hoichoi/SVF family from 2012, joining when it was still primarily a film production and post-production studio and helping shepherd the technology transformation that birthed Hoichoi as a streaming product. I led the migration from third-party SaaS to a homegrown platform serving 5M+ monthly users, ran a 22-person engineering org, owned a ₹6.5 Cr annual technology budget, and put GenAI and agentic workflows into production across media operations.

Before Hoichoi, I spent time at Tata Consultancy Servicesworking on digital marketing platforms for SMEs. Different world, different problems, but the same underlying truth—good technology serves people, not the other way around.

Across the journey I've been fortunate to receive some recognition—CIO of the Year, Cyber Sentinel, Top 200 ChangeAgents, a few others. They're nice milestones, but what matters more is the code that ships, the teams that grow, and the problems that get solved.

The real work isn't in the awards or the titles. It's in the late-night debugging sessions, the architectural decisions that ripple through years, the moments when you help someone understand a complex system, or when you finally get that migration right. That's where the actual experience lives.
